My son bought a car less than 2 weeks ago (6/17) from Don Walker, salesman @ the Wichita Auto Now. Guess what? Today the car is COMPLETELY OUT OF OIL, engine blown!! Also note, the reason AutoNow has so many "likes" on their FB page, is because it is built into the contract which they make you sign on the computer, to "LIKE" them.

Fraudulent business practices

am going to file a lawsuit for fraudulent business practices. My car was being worked on I was in constant contact with mechanic. Auto Now was constantly lying holding my car hostage. I have recording of them saying of I pay a month ahead I could have car back. That was month ago. And they already had it a month before that. I have them all the money I had now my son has to sell his possessions to get cab fair for dialysis. The mechanic doesn't understand why it's happening. I am a little behind however i pay at least a payment every 2 weeks and i get calls from the call center complaining that i said I'd pay 200 and all i paid was 194 which is my payment...why are they harassing me like that i would understand if I paid 50 of the 200 but I am at least still making a full payment..funds have been tight and i shuffle them how i can.my account managers when they call are really rude about things and have threatening about taking my car..i have had for going on 3 years and have stayed current on payments up until now..so please explain their point in complaining saying i paid 6$ less than i agreed

Didnt have my car a month, made my first payment and the transmission went out, have to have a rebuilt transmission put in and I haven't had my car for a little over a week and now my job is in jeopardy. They don't do loaner cars and today walked for over an hour to go make my 2nd car payment, get there and most of the staff were sitting around eating no one offered us a ride home. Patti was great but this whole situation has left a sour taste in my mouth. If I lose my job because of this they need to make my payments until I find another job, this is NO laughing matter

Not only did this company take my money. But almost my life and the life of my children

I have purchased a vehicle from these *** and they never told me about all the illegal welding on the frame of the SUV, the bumper was all zip tied and missing all screws, the A Arms on the SUV broke and almost caused me to have an accident with both my children in the car and the shock from the right passenger side almost came through the dash board and implailed me, this company is the worst and don't care about people and their families. , As soon as I drove the SUV off the lot I should have known to get my money back when I started to smell gas and the fuel pump busted and I was leaking gas all down the highway, God was with me on these days, I would be dead. They should be sued tons and pay out for what they have caused people , lose of jobs and money and lives. Sue their *** for millions. I already have my claim in.. thanks.

As is where is ,30 seconds or 30 feet whatever comes first. Should have at least opens your eyes and look at it, with all these problems my grandma could have seen how bad it was. Oh and my grandma has been dead for 10 years

Unreliable Vehicles

I purchased a used van from a dealership (Auto Now) on March 2, 2019. The check engine light came on within 10 minutes of leaving the dealership. I had to turn around a go back. The salesman hooked up the code reader, said it read misfire on cylinder 3, cleared the code and advised me to put fuel injector cleaner in the van to see if that helps and to let me know if I was having issues still. Come Monday, nothing had changed and the dealership ended up having me take it to one of their mechanics to have fixed. I dropped off the car on March 6th and did not get it back until the morning of March 22nd. On this past Saturday, April 13th, I was leaving the store, my van started, sputtered, and then died. I tried to start it, it wouldn't start. I waited about 15 minutes and finally got it to start again and made it to my house (which was only 3-4 blocks away). I parked it in my driveway and I have not been able to get it to start back up since. I purchased this vehicle 45 days ago and, out of that time, have only had this van in my possession at total of 25 days. I had it 3 days, it was in the shop for 15 days, had it 22 days and it broke down again. They are advising me that, this time since it is after 30 days of purchase, my $200 deductible for my warranty to get the van fixed would apply. My thing is, I have only had the van in my possession 25 days. Being that it has broken down TWICE in 45 days I really just want my money back because I was obviously sold a lemon; however, Auto Now is telling me they won't do that and if I do surrender the vehicle, it will go as a repossession on my credit! What kind of nonsense is that???? BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Yes crooks and definitely thieves is what this *** hole auto now is and all their employees.I will DEFINATELY AND NEVER WILL REFER A DAM DOG TO THESE NO GOOD MAGGETS. From the day I bought my car from them its been a straight out rip off loan with them.from the day I bought my 2007 Saturn ion it was a harrasing and robbing your *** steadily nightmare *** with that company.they ended up not taking out my collision coverage out of my bank account along with my car payment every time they took money out of my account. They consistently kept letting me get behind and no one explained *** to me about I had to take the collision coverage payment separate to them or anything.which by the way their collision coverage flake *** scam is all a *** scam!!!!!!! Just another way to rip your *** blind more while they r stealing all your dam money.but they sent me a proposal letter when I told them to take their high price *** and I had 21 days to reply if I accept this offer from them that they keep the car and if I accept then I would be released from owing anything anymore under the contract.and I went down to auto now 3 to 4 different times to try and talk to someone about my acceptance on their letter .no one would give me a call when they were suppose to return my calls .I called and went down to auto now to see about talking to the main boss at that *** and he kept giving me the run around and would not help me take care of the deal with my acceptance letter.his name s Shawn which he also kept giving me a false email address cause google contacted me several times about his fake email.and then the bastards are still charging me payments for a car them queers have in their possession.so u know what I've had it so much up to my eyebrows .I've decided I'm calling better business beaura and hiring a dam attorney and I'm taking their rude ungrateful *** to court and I'm going to make sure they never do business here in topeka again *** Myers Dawn adams pissed *** ex customer .that was ripped off and overcharged for the price of a new car for their piece of shit!!!!!!! they are nothing but crooks.i bought a 2001 pt crusier off of them in like 2005 lost my job and called and explained it to them they said it was fine and they understood and told me to drop the car off and put the keys in the night deposit box I did that. well about 4 years later they came back and made

me pay for it.i explained to them that I was financially strapped told me they understood and ask me if I could pay whatever I could afford and I told them I can't really afford it but I guess I could work in a $100.00 a month well they agreed but it came around Christmas 1 year and I called michelle and explained it to her that I would not be able to make my $100.00 payment until the 31st of December she said she would work with me and make a note of it but here's where it get's dirty of those crooks I kept my word paid the $100.00 payment on the 31st of December then like 2 week's later I tried to get a loan to pay some bills off the bank can't help me because michelle at auto now stuck a judgement on my credit record and what really *** me off is it's hidden in a private credator called nexus lexus and only banks and car dealers can see it in my opinion all auto now buisnesses needs shut down for good because all they are is crooks,scammers and liers

Incompetent

I will probably never buy from them again. I switched insurance companies and gave them proof of the switch. They have called 2 to 3 times weekly (different people each time) wanting the proof that I had already emailed 3 different times. I keep emailing the same email to show proof of original date I sent the information to them. I was told oh well the person you sent it to doesn’t work here anymore and it’s stuck in her mailbox. Well let’s put it this way, 8 months later, over 50 phone calls and who knows how many emails they still haven’t got it fixed. I’m now getting text messages telling me I owe all this money for insurance they are putting on it? I refuse to pay that when I have my own! My insurance company even talked to them and sent what they asked for. They need to get it together! Today I called to make a payment and “Stephanie” was very rude because I wouldn’t discuss this with her. I told her to read all the notes that were on my account and she will know what’s going on, I don’t have time to argue this again. I think it’s time to refi and get away from them. They have lost my trust. I won’t be referring anyone their way.

I have bought a vehicle several years ago from this company. Was a great company back then. No problems and willing to work with me. Great vehicle back then. A couple months ago i bought another from them. Less than one month all kinds of issues arise with vehicle. They expect me to pay 200 deductible because of their lack of inspection on a vehicle they sold me. I will not ever recommend this company to anyone I know. Now to the latest issue. If you dont have full coverage insurance you can pay 17$ weekly to up your coverage to their requirements. Well i decided to get full coverage on my own. Now they say it isnt valid because of deductible. It has to 500$ on full coverage. In the beginning it didnt matter. All and all *** company never will Irecommend this company to anyone.
